From start to finish, Phillip took care us. I love the car - ML350. I really enjoyed the car buying
experience. This coming from someone who
despises it. The difference was the no haggle pricing (you can ask but they will politely say no). He took his time showing us several
models. Once we decided, we took our
test drive and we were sold. Mind you,
Hi-Line is not the place to go if you are interested in test driving cars and
for good reason. They are protecting
the mileage on it for the future owner.
As a side note, we did test drive at another dealer and
tried buying from them but found their tactics tiresome and repulsive in the
end. I mentioned Hi-Line and the
salesman went into attack mode about them.

I flew in and was picked-up at the airport in the car I purchased. Phil and David were great in every way. I met the owner or one of the owners, and the experience was better than I expected. I was in a rush to drive to Greensboro, however everything went quickly & smoothly.
I would recommend Hi-Line to others, and will probably buy my next BMW from Hi-Line. The calender with the pic is over the top! I shopped this car for 2 weeks solid, and found this car at a good price.
I was, at first, very skeptical about buying a car on the internet. Those fears proved to be unfounded. The car was exactly as described and the staff could not have been more professional. I love my BMW 330 convertible.

I can't enough good things about my experience purchasing a late model used BMW. I was VERY nervous about buying a car I hadn't seen. The pics looked great but still had some concern. I asked Phil if the car was a 10. His reply was "in my opinion no used car is a 10". Well if this car isn't a 10 it is a 9.99! He went on to say "you will love this car"
I had looked at other online dealers who had similar cars, one of the things that made me go with HiLine was their A+ BBB rating.
The car was shipped within a day of being paid for and arrived in Ohio one day later. Having purchased many high end cars over the years I have to say this was one of the most satisfying transactions I have had. I will look to HiLine for my next vehicle without hesitation.

A warning light came on that required attention almost immediately after purchasing the vehicle. Phil did everything within his power to address the issue, out of state several hundred miles away. I am so pleased with the SAAB. It is so much fun to drive and so smooth and quiet. As soon as I get in and start it up, I start smiling and don't stop until I have to get out of the car. We were searching for a very rare BMW 525IT with a manual transmission and sport package, and found it on the Hi-Line Garage website. How that beautiful car came to reside in our garage became an interesting adventure. We spoke with Zeke on the phone and exchanged information about the car and our BMW that we would be trading in. He made a generous trade offer based on that information, and I explained to him that we would not be able to buy the car for at least ten days due to my schedule. During that time, however, he stayed in touch, and I was able to visit Charlotte to see the car in person. Zeke drove to my hotel to pick me up and brought me to the dealership to examine the car. (How many "ordinary" dealerships would do that!?) After being given all the time, coffee and solitude required to thoroughly check out the car, they drove me back to the airport so I could fly home to Florida.
Another week passed before I could get to Charlotte, but the car was still there, so I set out on the 545 mile ride to trade BMWs. The manager, Geoff Marsh, checked in on my progress periodically and handled preliminary details as I drove north. I arrived late in the day, and although a lot of work had been completed, I would have to spend the night and finish the transaction the next day. They recommended a nice hotel nearby, and after a long day, I slept very well.
The next morning, we only had to wait for FedEx to deliver the check to buy the car. I had time to visit more with Geoff and the other staff, and I can tell you, these are the best guys I have ever bought a car from. Geoff kept me very much at ease while I was unnecessarily juggling all the details in my head. The other salesmen were very knowledgeable about these cars, and provided a calm, classy, absolutely no "B.S." environment. It became a very pleasant, stress-free buying experience, simply the best I've ever had. That says a lot, considering the complexity of an out-of-state, 900 mile round-trip to buy a car!
Finally, I fired up the new BMW and pointed south. I had the rest of the day to become familiar with yet another"ultimate driving machine." I can sum up my experience with this fact: If I ever spot my next dream BMW at the Hi-Line Garage, I will not hesitate to hit I-95 north again.
